Fees and Payment


Fees

The customary fee is $80 per 50-minute client session. Longer sessions may be arranged when appropriate and will be charged at a pro-rated fee. There are a few spaces for lower fee clients, based on ability to pay.

The fee covers the following services:
  • Actual time spent in session
  • Time spent in preparation for the session
  • Time spent on usual and customary paperwork and treatment planning
  • Time spent in consultation, training, and research
  • Short telephone calls or emails with the client for the purposes of scheduling or support
Payment Methods

Payment may be made in the form of cash, personal check, money order, MasterCard, or Visa.  For credit card payments, a processing fee of 5% will be added. At this time, the insurance plans that I am able to bill directly are Medi-Cal and CCMHP; however, I am able to work with Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) type insurance plans. I provide a monthly statement to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. I also work with 3rd party payors such as CalWorks and Child and Family Services (CFS).
